Nothing Is Broken

The world is not broken and it is not your job to fix it.The world is perfect, as it is already, as it has always been. The world is aperfect reflection of the perceptions and preferences of those seats ofconsciousness - that’s us - living in it. The world is not broken and neitherare you.
You are a perfect cosmic co-creator, unerringly shaping theworld around you by your perceptions and preferences. You are not broken and, therefore, need no fixing.
Nothing is broken and there’s nothing to fix. There isnothing wrong that you need to make right; there is nothing bad that you need to make good. Why, then, is there so muchthat’s unwanted in this world? Simple. Because you/we have created it. Once we create somethingdifferent, that is what will be.
And are we saying, then, that there’s no value in atonement,in making retribution, expressing sorrow and seeking forgiveness? Of course not. We’d never diminish the value of suchimmensely beautiful acts, but not as repairs to broken things, not as solutionsto a problem. Perform these acts instead because they feel good, because doingthem makes you feel good.
Atone, make retribution, express sorrow, and seekforgiveness as much as you want, as long as it is what you want. Otherwise - if it’s as punishment or under duress or outof guilt or a sense of obligation, or fear of retaliation or unwantedrepercussions - it will almost certainly backfire on you, failing to give youthe result you desired.
This is why it’s so important to understand, to know withevery fiber of your being, to believe with all your heart and soul, thatnothing - not you nor the world around you - isbroken.
Trying to fix a problem put its focus on the problem.Focusing on the problem validates its existence. Reinforcesit. Validating and reinforcing the existence of a problem keeps thatproblem in your present reality. Even shifting gears a little and trying tofocus instead on a solution implies that a problem exists to be solved. This isa self-defeating cycle of perpetual anxiety, disappointment, and pain withabsolutely no room for pleasure, joy, and fulfillmentto come in and take over.
Your world is a perfect reflection of yourperceptions and preferences, and if your world is not to your liking then oneof only two possible changes are in order: either change yourperceptions and preferences, or get yourself into alignment with them.
By perceiving yourself and the world as working perfectlyalready, you can finally get on with the process of consciously, deliberatelydirecting the course of that eternal and unbreakable Great Work of creation, ofcreative self-expression, that’s always, already happening. Perfectly.
